I am a chartered counselling psychologist who works with a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and eating disorders. I pay particular attention to how people interact socially and express emotions. I treat people in a non-judgemental manner, provide a safe environment that facilitates psychological change, and work collaboratively towards agreed goals.
In addition to my private work, I work as the principal psychologist and clinical lead in an outpatient service in the NHS.

I am registered with and able to provide psychological therapy through the following health insurance providers: Aviva, AXA PPP, Cigna, PruHealth, WPA and Vitality.
Education & accreditation
I am regulated by the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and chartered as a counselling psychologist by the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am also a member of the BPS Division of Clinical Psychology's Faculty for Eating Disorders.
I studied classics at the University of Cambridge, then psychology at the University of East London. I gained my doctorate in psychotherapeutic and counselling psychology from the University of Surrey.
