About me

I am a psychologist who specialises in working with people with anxiety, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress and the psychological management of long-term health conditions.

I have previously worked in the NHS and private sector as a clinical lead in eating disorders and am currently a consultant counselling psychologist in an acute NHS trust in London.

I work with people in a non-judgmental manner, provide a safe environment that facilitates psychological change and work collaboratively towards agreed goals.

I also provide supervision for qualified clinical and counselling psychologists.

I am available on Monday evenings and Thursday afternoons in person. I also work via video with people whom I have first met face to face.

I am registered with Aviva, AXA PPP, Bupa, Cigna, PruHealth, WPA and Vitality.
