About me

I am a psychologist who specialises in working with people with anxiety, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress and the psychological management of long-term health conditions.

I currently work in the NHS as a consultant counselling psychologist. I have previously worked as a clinical lead in private sector companies and NHS Trusts in general mental health, eating disorders and clinical health psychology settings.

I work with people in a non-judgmental manner, provide a safe environment that facilitates psychological change and work collaboratively towards agreed goals.

I also provide supervision for qualified clinical and counselling psychologists.
