About me
I am a psychologist who specialises in working with people with anxiety, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress and the psychological management of long-term health conditions.
I have previously worked in the NHS and private sector as a clinical lead in eating disorders and am currently a consultant counselling psychologist in an acute NHS trust in London.
I work with people in a non-judgmental manner, provide a safe environment that facilitates psychological change and work collaboratively towards agreed goals.
I also provide supervision for qualified clinical and counselling psychologists.
Availability
I am available on Monday evenings and Thursday afternoons in person. I also work via video with people whom I have first met face to face.

I am registered with Aviva, AXA PPP, Bupa, Cigna, PruHealth, WPA and Vitality.
Education and accreditation
I am regulated by the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and chartered as a counselling psychologist by the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am also a member of the BPS Division of Clinical Psychology's Faculty for Eating Disorders.
I studied classics at the University of Cambridge, then psychology at the University of East London. I gained my doctorate in psychotherapeutic and counselling psychology from the University of Surrey.
